Two-time Emmy award winner Sally Struthers stopped in Bloomington, Illinois, last night as the lead character in the play, Nunsense, at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts. Struthers is best known for her role as Gloria Bunker Stivic on the long-running television sitcom All in the Family.I arrived about five minutes before her bus pulled into the backstage area at the facility. The production manager asked that we wait until after the performance for autographs and photographs since Sally was in the "pre-show" zone. So....about four hours later we met Sally as she departed the backstage door for her tour bus. Although it was extremely windy, cold, and beginning to spit snow, she gladly stopped for this photo and signed one 8 x 10.
